The house is situated in the calm local part La Puntilla. In the first floor you have the apartments, each one with a sleeping room, large living kitchen area, bath and own balcony, which goes to the road.

One apartment can be combined with the double room to a 4 person apartment.

In the second floor are both spacious studios with living kitchen area, 2 single beds, bath and own terrace with view over the roofs of the locality. From the second floor you come over a spiral stair to the large sun terrace with free sea view, which can be used of all guests with sufficient number of deck chairs.

Prices: 1-2 persons 36-38 Euros/night for the studios/apartments, double room with bath for 24 Euros/night.

All accommodations have Sat TV, sleep sofa within the living area and very good kitchen equipment.
