The house in La Puntilla consists of two apartments on the first floor, one studio on the second floor and a top level apartment with a big terrace. It is situated in the calm part of La Puntilla beside the banana plantations, about 2 minutes to go far from the beach.

The two apartments [PHOTOS]+[MOVIE]are spacy, lightful and tasteful equipped. Each has a seperate sleeping room, a big living area with sleep sofa and american kitchen, bathroom.
The balcony shows to the banana plantation and the upper valley.
The price for 1-2 persons is 44,-- euros/night during the months of may-september. In the high season october-april the price is 47,-- euros/night for 1-2 persons. Each further person pays 3,-- euros/night in addition.

The studio [PHOTOS]+[MOVIE] is also sunny, spacy and equipped in the same style.
It has a sleeping area, living area with sleep sofa and kitchen line, bathroom and a big balcony which also shows to the banana plantations.
The price for 1-2 persons is 40,-- euros/night during the months of may-september. In the high season october-april the price is 44,-- euros/night for 1-2 persons. Each further person pays 3,-- euros/night in addition.

The top level apartment [MOVIE] is spacey and sunny.
It has two sleeping rooms, one of them with a separate entrance from the terrace. The large living room is connected with kitchen and bathroom.
The terrace offers a panoramic view to plantations, the sea and also to the upper valley.
The price for 1-2 persons is 50,-- euros/night using one bedroom and 60,-- Euros/night using all the apartment, 60,-- Euros/night for three persons and 66,-- euros/night for four persons.
